The CGI Process

1. Gathering Information2020-06-11T11:39:49+00:00

For us to get started on producing a high-quality and professional exterior CGI for you, we will require the following details about your property or project.

  • Floor Plans (ideally .pdf or .dwg format)
  • Elevation Plans (ideally .pdf or .dwg format)
  • Site Plan (ideally .pdf or .jpeg format)
  • Information on property finishes, eg brick type, window colour, tile type etc
  • Information on Site Finishes eg materials on footpaths, pavements, driveways
  • Proposed Design and Location of Fences, Railings, Boundary Walls, Gates etc
  • Proposed Locations of Trees, Hedges, Shrubs etc
2. Screen Grabs2020-06-11T11:40:28+00:00

To make sure you are happy with the angles and general layout, we will send you a screengrab. Please note, the materials in this screengrab will be changed once we import it into our rendering software.

3. Low Resolution Sign-off2020-06-11T11:42:00+00:00

We will then send you a low-resolution version of your exterior CGI which is rendered in a different programme, once this is signed off, we move on to the finishing touches.

4. Revised low resolution render (if required)2020-06-11T11:42:23+00:00

If you decide to make a number of adjustments, we will create a revised low-resolution image for you to check.

Once you’re completely happy, we move on to the final phase.

5. Final High resolution image2020-06-11T11:43:04+00:00

We will provide you with your final high-resolution image to use on hoardings, brochures, websites and social media. This can be rendered 4K if required.

2. Camera angle sign-off2020-06-11T11:51:25+00:00

We’ll send you a choice of angles for your interior CGI, which you will sign-off before we move onto the final touches. Please note, the materials used at this stage will be changed once it is imported into our rendering software.

If you decide to make a number of adjustments, we will create a revised low-resolution image for you to check.

Once you’re completely happy, we move on to the final phase.

We will provide you with your final high-resolution image to use on hoardings, brochures, websites and social media.
